SHIPPING:

All items will ship within the Continental US only.

All orders will be shipped USPS ground mail within 3-6 business days of the date of order and payment received/cleared - depending on the size of the item being shipped. Delivery times will depend on where the item is being shipped.

If you have specific shipping requests, such as express mail or overnight, please contact us. Additional shipping charges will apply for special shipping requests.

We complete each order in the order it was received. 

When your order has been shipped you will receive a notice via email.

Insurance is recommended to guard against damage or loss of an item and can be added upon request for an additional fee.

RETURNS:

If there is an issue with your order please contact us prior to returning.

All returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

All returned items must be in original condition/packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

There will be no refunds or returns on custom orders.
